Service area
Cookito currently accepts pickups and deliveries within the Ottawa service area. A delivery may be declined when an address, package, delivery window, or instruction cannot be served safely.
Your booking
Please provide accurate contact details, addresses, access instructions, and package information. The sender is responsible for having the package securely packed and ready at the selected pickup time.
- Use a reachable phone number for both sender and recipient.
- Do not request delivery of prohibited or unsafe items.
- Tell us promptly if an address or access detail changes.
Delivery estimates
Pickup and arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, parking, building access, package readiness, and recipient availability can affect the journey.
Payments
Delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payment is processed through Cookito’s payment provider, and your order is confirmed after payment is successfully received.
