Customers choose only genuinely available capacity. Route times and ETAs are estimates affected by traffic, parking, readiness and access.
Pickup
Have the package securely packed and ready, provide any needed access instructions, and keep your phone available around pickup time.
Delivery
The recipient should be reachable and able to receive the delivery. Where a safe leave-at-door option is selected, delivery proof may be recorded.
Delays and issues
We will share meaningful delivery updates when available. If access, safety, weather, traffic, or package condition affects a delivery, Cookito may contact the sender or recipient to help determine the next safe step.
