Operational policy

Delivery policy

This structure describes how a thoughtful handoff should work without promising operational terms that have not been approved.

01

Windows and estimates

Customers choose only genuinely available capacity. Route times and ETAs are estimates affected by traffic, parking, readiness and access.

02

Pickup

The sender should have a safely packaged item ready, provide access and confirm the handoff with the pickup PIN. An admin override, if permitted, is audited.

03

Delivery

The recipient PIN or an approved leave-at-door workflow verifies delivery. Proof, attempts, waiting time and undeliverable-item behavior require finalized rules.

04

Delays and problems

The platform will communicate known delays and expose a support path. Final remedies for traffic, failed access, damaged/leaking packages and vehicle interruption require an operating playbook.
