Prohibited items

The launch is focused on personal homemade-food deliveries, but not every item can be accepted. The authoritative list requires insurance, legal and operational review.

01

Never assume acceptance

A successful quote does not authorize dangerous, illegal, leaking, unsecured or operationally unsuitable contents.

02

Categories requiring a decision

The policy architecture supports configurable categories and service-area versions.

  • Alcohol, cannabis, controlled substances and tobacco.
  • Weapons, hazardous materials and illegal goods.
  • High-value cash/items, live animals and human remains.
  • Items requiring temperature or food-safety controls the service has not implemented.
03

Packaging and disclosure

Senders must provide a truthful general description and comply with approved packaging guidance. Drivers need a safe problem-reporting path without handling suspicious contents.
